"She looketh well to the ways of her household..." Prov.31:27
What does your family do to bring its members closer together? What do you do? Do you make an effort to reach out and let your family members know that you love them? What does your family do for good wholesome fun?
Welcome to Family Fridays!
~This is a seven-letter word, and begins with "L."
~ Our family visits this place an average of once every 2 weeks.
~ When Mom announces that we're going, I go ecstatic.
~ Before we leave, we spend about 8-10 minutes at the front counter, keeping several workers busy getting us ready to go.
~ On the return trip, the van is about 50lbs. + heavier.
~ For about three hours after we get home, the house is silent. No one talks.
~ Everyone is reading.
I would vote a nice big library as one of the best places to go for family fun. Everyone can participate, and it's educational. ...And, after you've read all your books, you get to trade with your siblings and see what they got!

We love the library here too. Especially on rainy days, it's one of our favorite free places.
My family reads the Word of God together and prays together regularly -- definitely a quality family-bond strengthener! We also enjoy Scrabble, Pictionary, Cranium ... tailored to our tastes. =) We also bale alot (thousands) of small hay bales each summer, so we spend alot of time together in the field -- productive and fun!

We love the library. We have a small, small rural library...so our selections are limited...but once in a while we really enjoy going to the big city library...it's a real treat for us. :)
Before I read half of the "hints", knew it was the library. My family loves to go to the library too!
I love your blog! I have been reading for a while, but have never commented (I don't think :)
Blessings,
Ashley
Oooh, I love the library too. I remember some of my best loved memories from childhood were going to an old library in town, where there was creaky wood floors, somber busts of departed gentlemen, and the wonderful smell of books.
